Background Information
Cuillère was established in 2004 to primarily provide superior catering services to Manila’s elite. The French-style restaurant in Serendra opened in 2007 has been a favorite dining place of Manila’s local and expatriate residents.

Cuillère is led by experienced caterer Arlene Arce and Chef Katrina Arce Kuhn from the Arce family of Arce Dairy Ice Cream and the former Selecta Restaurants in Manila.

Arlene’s reputation for arranging sophisticated occasions has long been known among Manila’s elite and distinguished residents. Chef Katrina, meanwhile, holds a Grande Diplôme de Cuisine et Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Paris. This Filipino-Swiss chef has also previously worked at prestigious restaurants in France, including La Maison Blanche, Avenue Montaigne, Paris; La Caravelle Hotel and Restaurant, Corsica; and Restaurant Issautier *2 Michelin Stars*, Nice. Backed by a team of experienced and well-trained staff, Cuillère delivers the best professional services.
